For environmentally impaired land, we are experienced at developing a range of re-use solutions which integrate any environmental remedy, with the proposed development, while taking into consideration market place factors and economics. We are expert at devising cost effective remedial solutions which maximize the value and utility of the land. Tools, techniques and processes we use, include: Local market surveys for “highest best development” at location GIS and visualization techniques for devising remedial solutions which are consistent with future land use Project economic analyses where remedial cots are balanced Vs land development costs In this work we draw on the capabilities of ERCI and their capabilities for producing probabilistic cost estimates.
