Many of our major oil company clients have scores of sites, each burdened with varying degrees of environmental risk to a possible developer. We are experts at managing and devising development strategies for site portfolios. Examples We have worked for some major oil companies on “portfolio creation” by bundling site risks based on financial, technical and geographical information. We are also adept in advising developers who may have the opportunity to negotiate with major companies who are divesting themselves of underperforming land holdings. In the above roles, we employ a rigorous process in which we analyze the metrics of all sites in the portfolio, to an appropriate degree, then combine the necessary metrics for a risk-opportunity evaluation of the portfolio as a whole.
